Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This site belongs to Fer Martinez. This page explains in plain language what is stored when you visit, why, and how to have it deleted. There are no accounts, forms or newsletter on this site.

What is stored

Visits: I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which guides they read and where they come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device type and your approximate location. I don't use it to identify you or for advertising.
Your browser: If you pick a language with the switcher, a cookie named lang is kept for a year. If you tick boxes in "What to check", they're saved in your browser only. None of this is sent anywhere.
Instagram: If you comment on a @superpowers.network post or send me a direct message, I process your username and the message to reply. Sometimes that happens automatically, for example when you ask for a guide link.
Your AI agent: If you connect superpowers.network to Claude or another agent, the agent asks for guides by name and language. There's no account, and who asks isn't stored.

Who else is involved

Other services: Vercel hosts the site, Google processes the Google Analytics statistics, Meta processes Instagram messages, and Cal.com handles bookings if you schedule a call. Each service processes the data it needs for that job. I don't sell your data.

How long it's kept

Statistics: Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for the period set on the property. The default is 2 months.
Instagram messages: They stay in the Instagram conversation for as long as it exists. I don't copy them to another database.
Deletion requests: Handled within 30 days.

How to opt out or delete it

Google Analytics: You can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics. The site works the same without them.
Instagram: Send a direct message to @superpowers.network and ask me to delete your data.
