Search your photos by describing them, without uploading anything.
// WHAT IT'S FOR
rclip is open source and runs in the terminal. You go into a folder, type what you're looking for, say "dog on the beach", and it shows the matching photos without you tagging anything first. It can also search from an example photo. Everything runs on your computer, offline; the first run goes through every image, and later runs only the new or changed ones.
